These terms apply to all services and packages purchased from Lymph Me Up Studio, including Manual Lymphatic Drainage, LPG Endermologie, Biofield Tuning, LIMFA, and integrative bodywork.

Booking and payment

Appointments may be booked online, by phone, by text, or in person. Payment is due at the time of service unless the booking process specifies a deposit or prepayment, or we agree otherwise in advance. Any amount due before your appointment will be disclosed before you confirm your booking.

The price of your selected service and any required additional charges will be disclosed before booking or purchase. Any change to the agreed service or its price requires your agreement. Accepted payment methods are those offered at checkout or confirmed directly by the studio. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

Insurance and reimbursement

Lymph Me Up Studio does not contract with insurance companies or bill insurance directly. You are responsible for payment regardless of insurance reimbursement. We do not guarantee that our services or practitioners qualify for coverage. Contact your insurer before booking if you intend to seek reimbursement. A payment receipt is available upon request.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Changes made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time carry no cancellation fee. A cancellation or rescheduling request received with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of up to $50, not exceeding the price of the booked service, where permitted by law.

You may cancel or reschedule through the booking system when that option is available, or contact us at (408) 691-7999 or lymph.me.up@gmail.com. If you feel ill or develop contagious symptoms, contact us as soon as possible. We may waive a fee for illness, emergencies, or other circumstances at our discretion.

Missed appointments and late arrival

If you do not attend and provide no notice, you may be charged the full price of the scheduled service, where permitted by law. For an appointment booked as part of a prepaid package, one session may be deducted instead of charging a separate no-show fee. We will not both deduct a session and charge a no-show fee for the same appointment.

For a late cancellation of a package appointment, the fee is up to $50 as described above; the session is not also deducted. Arriving late may shorten your session, and the full scheduled fee or one package session may still apply. If you contact us before the appointment to say you cannot attend, the late-cancellation rule applies rather than the no-show rule.

Prepayments and authorized charges

A prepayment for a single appointment will be credited toward the service or any applicable cancellation or no-show fee. Any excess will be refunded or, with your agreement, retained as credit. For a timely cancellation, that prepayment will be refunded or transferred to a new booking at your choice. Package appointments follow the package rules above; canceling one visit does not cancel the entire package. We will not collect the same amount twice.

Any charge to a stored payment method requires the authorization provided through the applicable payment or booking process. These Terms do not create a separate blanket authorization for future card charges.

Packages and refunds

Prepaid packages

Packages are intended for one client and may not be transferred without the studio’s written approval. The number and type of sessions, total price, any lawful expiration date, and any use or refund conditions will be disclosed before purchase. No expiration date or restriction applies where prohibited by applicable gift certificate or consumer protection laws.

Purchased packages will be honored under the terms disclosed at purchase. Later price increases or policy changes do not reduce the number or value of sessions already purchased. Recommended session frequency and individual results vary; purchasing a package does not guarantee an outcome.

Completed services and unused sessions

Completed services are non-refundable except where a refund or another remedy is required by law. If you have concerns about your experience, please contact us so we can review them.

Refund requests for unused prepaid sessions or packages are reviewed individually, subject to the terms disclosed before purchase and applicable law. No processing fee, package-discount adjustment, or other deduction will be imposed unless it was disclosed before purchase and is permitted by law. We will explain any proposed deduction and refund calculation in writing.

If we determine that we cannot appropriately provide a service before it begins, we will not charge for that service and will refund the amount prepaid for it. If we determine that we cannot provide the remaining services in a package, we will refund the unused prepaid value without a processing fee or penalty. A different service or credit may be substituted only with your agreement.

Changes made by the studio

If the studio cancels your appointment, no cancellation or no-show fee applies. You may reschedule or receive a refund of the amount prepaid for that appointment. A package session will remain available or its prepaid value may be refunded at your request.

Gift cards and gift certificates

Purchased gift cards and gift certificates do not expire and are not subject to inactivity or service fees. They may be used for eligible services offered by Lymph Me Up Studio. Any additional purchase restrictions will be disclosed before purchase and will apply only where permitted by law.

Gift cards and gift certificates are not refundable or redeemable for cash except where required by law or approved by the studio. Where California law applies, an eligible gift card or gift certificate with a remaining cash value of less than $15 may be redeemed for cash upon request. Free promotional credits may have separate terms disclosed when issued, to the extent permitted by law.

Price changes and consumer rights

Prices may change for future bookings and purchases. Existing confirmed bookings and prepaid purchases remain subject to the prices and terms already agreed. Nothing in these financial terms limits any refund, cash-redemption, payment-dispute, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
