About Me
I’m interested in how the body works as a whole. That curiosity has guided my education and continues to shape the way I approach each session.
Through study and hands-on training in the United States, Thailand, and Russia, I’ve learned a range of bodywork techniques that allow me to adapt my work to your individual needs. I listen carefully to your concerns, consider how different areas of the body relate to one another, and work at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
My Approach
I believe the body has an innate capacity for healing, and I see my role as supporting that process. I’m interested in how the body’s tissues and systems work together, and how physical and emotional experiences can influence the way we feel.
Each session begins with your concerns, your goals, and how you’re feeling that day. Depending on your needs, I may draw on lymphatic techniques, visceral manipulation, craniosacral therapy, or other methods from my training.
Trust and communication are central to my work. I work within your comfort level and encourage you to let me know what you’re experiencing throughout the session. Your feedback helps me adjust the pressure, pace, and focus of our work.
