If you'd like to make body care a regular part of your life, you can choose a monthly membership or a package of sessions. The difference is how you like to plan.
Keep Me Up Membership
A monthly membership for a steady rhythm of care. Your body may not need the same thing every time, so you can use each session for Manual Lymphatic Drainage, LPG Endermologie or Integrative Bodywork — whatever fits that day.

2 sessions per month

What's included
Your choice of session. MLD, LPG Endermologie or Integrative Bodywork.
Six-month rollover. Each session stays valid for six months after the month it's issued.
Share a session. You can give a session to someone you care about.
Flexible cancellation. Let me know, even at the last minute, and your session goes back to your balance.
No long-term commitment. Month to month, cancel anytime. Sessions you've paid for keep their original expiry.
Change your level anytime. The change starts with your next billing cycle.
A no-show without notice uses one session. Membership sessions can't be used for LIMFA Therapy or exchanged for gift cards. All appointments are subject to availability.
MLD Package
5 Manual Lymphatic Drainage sessions · $750 ($150 per session instead of $175)
For a course of MLD without a monthly subscription — paid once and used on your own schedule.
Never expires. Use your sessions whenever you're ready.
Share a session with someone you care about.
Gentle abdominal work is part of every session.
Cancellations. Please cancel at least 24 hours ahead. A later cancellation or no-show has a $50 fee, and your package session stays on your balance.
New here? Your First Visit counts as one of the five. After your First Visit ($175), you can add the remaining 4 sessions for $575.
LPG Endermologie Packages
Full-body LPG Endermologie in packages of 5 or 10 sessions, 50 or 60 minutes each.
New to LPG? Start with the LPG Discovery Session: about 60 minutes, including a full 30 minutes of LPG, for $50. Book a Discovery Session
Lift Me Up Package
Deep face, head & neck massage: buccal massage, Japanese facial massage techniques, craniosacral mouthwork and a gentle lymphatic finish. I usually suggest a series of 10 sessions, once a week. More about Lift Me Up
Membership or Package?
Choose the membership if you'd like a steady monthly rhythm and the freedom to choose MLD, LPG or Integrative Bodywork each time.
Choose a package if you'd like a course of MLD, LPG Endermologie or Lift Me Up on your own schedule, with no monthly payment.
Not sure? Start with your First Visit: 80 minutes · $175. We begin with a conversation, then Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and within 24 hours you receive a written plan. If a membership or a package fits, I'll walk you through it — the decision is always yours.
Questions
What if I miss a month?
Membership sessions roll over. Each one stays valid for six months after the month it's issued, with no limit on how many you carry.
Can I come more than once a week?
Yes. You can use more than one session in a week, or even in a day, when it makes sense and there's time available.
What happens if I cancel my membership?
New charges stop. Sessions you've already paid for stay yours and keep their original expiry.
Can I use these for LIMFA Therapy?
No. LIMFA Therapy has its own complimentary first visit, and course options are discussed with you personally after that visit.
