These Terms of Service govern your use of the Lymph Me Up Studio website and your purchase and receipt of our services. Please review them before booking an appointment or purchasing a service, package, or gift card.
By booking an appointment or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. These Terms do not replace any service-specific intake, informed consent, or other required documentation.
1. Services
Lymph Me Up Studio provides integrative wellness and bodywork services, including LPG Endermologie, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Visceral Manipulation, CranioSacral Therapy, Biofield Tuning, NeuroReceptor Therapy / P-DTR-based work, and related wellness services.
Our services are intended to support general wellness, relaxation, comfort, mobility, and body function. Services are provided within the practitioner’s training and professional scope.
2. Not Medical Care
Our services are not a substitute for medical care, medical diagnosis, physical therapy, psychotherapy, or treatment from a licensed healthcare provider.
We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions.
If you have a medical condition, recent surgery, pregnancy, cancer history, active infection, blood clots, a heart condition, unexplained swelling, or another health concern, please consult your healthcare provider before booking. Medical clearance may be requested when appropriate.
3. Client Responsibility
You agree to provide accurate and complete information on all intake, health history, consent, and booking forms.
Please inform your practitioner of:
Current medical conditions and medications.
Allergies.
Recent surgeries or procedures.
Pregnancy.
Pain, discomfort, dizziness, or unusual symptoms.
Changes in your health before or during a session.
Failure to disclose relevant information may affect the safety and appropriateness of your session. Please speak up immediately if you experience discomfort or wish to modify or stop a service.
4. Intake Forms and Consent
Before receiving services, you may be required to complete an intake form, consent form, or service-specific waiver.
You may ask questions and withdraw consent to a service at any time.
Lymph Me Up Studio may refuse, modify, postpone, or discontinue a service when the practitioner determines that it may not be appropriate for your condition, comfort, or safety.
5. Booking and Appointments
Appointments may be booked online, by phone, by text, or in person.
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Please arrive on time. Late arrival may shorten your session, and the full scheduled service fee may still apply.
6. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $50, where permitted by law.
No-shows or missed appointments without notice may be charged the full price of the scheduled service, where permitted by law.
If you feel sick, have a fever, an active infection, or contagious symptoms, please contact us as soon as possible before your appointment.
7. Payments and Financial Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless a deposit or prepayment is disclosed during booking, or we agree otherwise in advance. The service price and any required additional charges will be disclosed before you confirm your booking or purchase.
Our Financial Terms form part of these Terms of Service and explain our policies on payments, cancellations, missed appointments, packages, refunds, and gift cards. Please review them before booking or making a purchase.
Prices may change for future bookings and purchases. Existing confirmed bookings and prepaid purchases remain subject to the prices and terms already agreed.
8. Packages and Expiration
Service packages are intended for one client and may not be transferred without written approval from Lymph Me Up Studio.
Any package expiration date, usage restriction, or refund condition will be disclosed before purchase and will apply only to the extent permitted by law. No expiration date or restriction will apply where prohibited by applicable gift certificate or consumer protection laws.
Recommended session frequency and individual results vary.
9. Refunds and Gift Cards
Completed services are non-refundable, except where a refund or another remedy is required by law. Refund requests for unused prepaid sessions and packages are handled according to our Financial Terms, the terms disclosed before purchase, and applicable law.
Purchased gift cards and gift certificates do not expire. We do not charge inactivity or service fees. Gift cards and gift certificates are not refundable or redeemable for cash except where required by law or approved by the studio.
Where California law applies, eligible gift cards and gift certificates with a remaining balance of less than $15 are redeemable for cash upon request.
Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, cash-redemption, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
10. Results Disclaimer
Individual results vary. Lymph Me Up Studio does not guarantee specific outcomes, including inch loss, weight loss, cellulite reduction, pain relief, post-surgical recovery results, or medical improvement.
Before-and-after images, testimonials, and examples shared on our website or social media describe individual experiences and do not guarantee similar results for others.
11. Pre-Liposuction and Post-Liposuction Services
Pre-liposuction and post-liposuction services are wellness and bodywork support services only.
They do not include surgical care, medical treatment, or wound care and do not replace instructions from your surgeon or physician.
You are responsible for following your medical provider’s instructions and obtaining any required clearance before receiving services.
We may refuse or postpone a session when there are signs of infection, open wounds, fever, severe pain, uncontrolled swelling, or another condition requiring medical attention.
12. Professional Boundaries
All services are professional and non-sexual.
Inappropriate behavior, sexual comments, harassment, threats, or unsafe conduct may result in immediate termination of the session and refusal of future appointments. The full scheduled service fee may still apply, to the extent permitted by law.
13. Minors
Clients under 18 must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian before receiving services.
A parent or legal guardian may be required to complete intake and consent forms and remain present during the appointment.
14. Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website, submit false information, interfere with its security or operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
You may not copy or use website content in a way that infringes intellectual property rights or violates applicable law.
15. Intellectual Property
Website content, including text, images, branding, logos, service descriptions, graphics, and design elements, is owned by Lymph Me Up Studio or used with permission from its respective owners.
Except as permitted by law, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use this content for commercial purposes without written permission from the appropriate rights holder.
Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
16. Third-Party Links and Booking Platforms
Our website may link to third-party websites, booking platforms, payment processors, social media platforms, and other external resources.
These services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Please review them before using those services or submitting personal information.
Lymph Me Up Studio does not control third-party websites or their independent content and practices. This provision does not limit any responsibility we have under applicable law.
17. Privacy
We may collect personal information through booking forms, intake forms, contact forms, payment systems, and communications with the studio.

18. Responsibility and Limitation of Liability
You acknowledge that individual responses to bodywork and wellness services vary and that providing accurate health information is important to the suitability of your session.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lymph Me Up Studio, its owner, practitioners, employees, and contractors are not responsible for loss, injury, or adverse effects to the extent caused by your failure to disclose relevant health information, failure to follow medical advice, misuse of information, or participation against medical guidance.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, violations of law, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Terms waives your non-waivable legal rights.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The updated version will be posted on this website with a revised effective date.
Changes will apply to future bookings and purchases after the revised terms take effect and are appropriately communicated. Purchased packages remain subject to the terms disclosed at the time of purchase, unless a change is required by law or separately agreed upon.
