Your First Visit
80 minutes, so there is time both to talk and for hands-on work.
1. A conversation first. We talk about what’s been going on: swelling, heaviness, bloating, or just not feeling like yourself.
2. Lymphatic drainage with gentle abdominal work. Trained in the Vodder and Chikly methods, Evguenia chooses and combines techniques based on what your body needs that day.
3. Your next step. Before you leave, I'll share what I noticed and what I'd suggest. The decision is always yours.

Meet Evguenia
People come to me with swelling, heaviness, or bloating, or simply because they no longer feel like themselves. I listen first, then work at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
I have 15 years of hands-on practice. I’m trained in the Vodder and Chikly methods of lymphatic drainage and in visceral manipulation, and I’m CAMTC-certified (#52914).
